Youth can be a curse in Dandadan, an occult battle romantic comedy gag manga by Yukinobu Tatsu about a girl who doesn’t believe in UFOs and a boy who doesn’t believe in ghosts, and to celebrate the release of the second collected volume in Japan, a quartet of preview videos have been published that highlight the various styles and tones of the manga.
The “occult” and “battle” preview videos are narrated by voice actor Takuya Eguchi, while the “romantic comedy” and “gag” preview videos are narrated by voice actor Rie Takahashi. The original Dandadan manga is serialized in Shueisha’s Shōnen Jump+ digital manga magazine, and an English language version is also published by Viz Media, who describe the story of the series as follows:
