We say: Boy, did the press (and many Americans, particularly on the left) get snookered! For much of the past 18 months, Gov. Cuomo was a hero, a “leader,” the anti-Trump — heck, a heartthrob. Fans called themselves “Cuomosexuals.” Meanwhile, hundreds of senior citizens in nursing homes died after Cuomo ordered homes to take in COVID-contagious patients. He and his staff then intentionally hid the number of deaths. Now, the state attorney general has confirmed that he “sexually harassed current and former state employees” — 11 victims, all told — “in violation of federal and state laws.” Calls for his resignation are universal. Think any of his former fans will admit their naïveté? Ha!
