Three-year-old Majesty Brown, was playing at the McCaffrey Playground on West 43rd Street and 9th Avenue Thursday evening at around 5 p.m. when his mom, 22, and her ex-boyfriend, 20-year-old Dale Smith, got into an argument, police said.
At some point during the squabble, Smith allegedly grabbed Majesty without his mom’s permission, and fled the playground, cops said.
The boy’s mom hasn’t seen her son since, police said.
Majesty was last seen wearing braids, a gray T-shirt and black jeans.
Smith is not Majesty’s biological father, cops said.
Smith is described as 5-feet-eight-inches-tall, also with braided hair, and tattoos on his arms that say “Dale” and “Loyalty.”
