Spike Chunsoft, in cooperation with distributor Numskull Gmaes, has delayed AI: The Somnium Files – nirvanA Initiative from its previously planned June 24 release date in Europe to July 8. The Japanese and North American versions are still due out as planned on June 23 and June 24, respectively.

In a statement, Spike Chunsoft said, “Due to unforeseen manufacturing delays and global shipping slowdowns, Spike Chunsoft, Inc. and Numskull Games unfortunately must delay the European and Oceania release of this title across all platforms (Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One). To maintain parity, the digital releases for these regions will be delayed to July 8 as well.”

AI: The Somnium Files – nirvanA Initiative will be available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC via Steam and Microsoft Store.
