He’s going out in a blaze of glory.

Sparking up cheers and applause as he took his first pull, Conan O’Brien shared a joint with weed-wielding comedian Seth Rogen on live television Tuesday.

The smoky stunt was one of the late-night talk show host’s swan song shenanigans leading up to the finale of his TBS series, “Conan,” which will air its last episode Thursday after 11 seasons. (He’s been a late-night fixture for 28 years if you include his run on NBC.)

“This is the kind of thing you do when you know it’s over for you,” O’Brien, 58, joked before lighting up the doobie that Rogen, 39, serendipitously pulled out of his shirt pocket during their interview.

O’Brien — who will be streaming his talents in a forthcoming weekly variety show for HBO Max in November  — found himself on the business end of a blunt after asking Rogen’s advice on how he should spend his “down time” in the months before beginning his new project.

“I would suggest — this is going to be hilariously on-brand: Try smoking a lot of weed for a long time,” the “Pineapple Express” actor advised.

O’Brien then outed himself as a nonmarijuana enthusiast, hilariously calling the plant a “fine herb,” and admitting to Rogen and “Conan” co-host Andy Richter, 54, that whenever he had smoked weed in the past, “nothing really happened”— insinuating he hasn’t experienced the drug’s euphoric proprieties.

So Rogen, who owns weed company Houseplant, handed the talk show joker the joint from his pocket.

Noticeably unnerved by the “Knocked Up” star’s ganja-fueled gesture, O’Brien said, “I swear to God, this is how lame I am. For a second I thought, ‘He brought a birthday candle?’ “

The live audience cheered him on as Rogen urged O’Brien to take “one hit” of the spliff, assuring him it would be a “really good time.”

So, he did.

With Rogen’s lighter, O’Brien sparked the weed and took a hit before passing it along to the “Superbad” bigwig, who also took a pull and handed it over to Richter for a smoke.

“I’m so happy with what just happened,” Rogen exclaimed. “I wasn’t expecting any of this.”

O’Brien then joked that he had plans to drive a school bus afterwards. He also laughed with the guys about the burning sensation he felt as the smoke swarmed his insides.

In May, the funny man broke the news of his cable TV departure to his loyal audience with some lighthearted comedy about moving-on musings from a Buddhist monk.

“We are winding down our TBS show,” O’Brien said in a video. “Some of you are probably wondering why am I doing this? Why end things here at TBS? And I’ll tell you, because a very old Buddhist monk once told me that to pick something up, you must first put something down.”

He joked, “I’ll be honest with you; he was drunk out of his skull and very belligerent, and I maintain you can pick up two things if you use both hands. He just got mad and started swinging at me, so I ended the conversation and took his advice.”

In a statement about his transition to HBO Max, O’Brien quipped, “In 1993, Johnny Carson gave me the best advice of my career: ‘As soon as possible, get to a streaming platform.’ “

“I’m thrilled that I get to continue doing whatever the hell it is I do on HBO Max, and I look forward to a free subscription,” he added.
