OUR TOP PICK: iRobot Roomba i7+ — save $300.99
BEST FOR PET HAIR: iRobot Roomba i7 — save $90.99
MOST FEATURES: iRobot Roomba s9+ — save $300.99
Having a clean house every day is nice. Cleaning your house every day or hiring a cleaning service is not so nice. But, with a robot vacuum you can come home to swept floors daily without having to lift a finger or spend tons of money.
By now, we all know that iRobot’s Roomba is the top name in the robot vacuum game, and as of Nov. 6 we found a handful of the powerful machines on sale at Amazon.
OUR TOP PICK: iRobot Roomba i7+ — $699
This robot vacuum is pretty pricey, but that’s because it’s chock-full of features. It’s WiFi connected, has smart mapping (meaning it actually follows a pattern instead of a random path), and empties itself into an automatic dirt disposal. The self-emptying dirt bin can hold up to 60 days worth of dirt and debris.
Smart mapping allows you to clean really specific areas of your home. This is great for when there happens to be a mess under the kitchen table after dinner, but the rest of the kitchen is still clean.
BEST FOR PET HAIR: iRobot Roomba i7 — $499
The Roomba i7 does pretty much everything the i7+ does, except it doesn’t have a self-emptying bin. It’s especially tough on pet hair with a three-stage cleaning system and 10 times the suction compared to competitors. It also features smart mapping and WiFi connectivity.
MOST FEATURES: iRobot Roomba s9+ — $999
If you thought the Roomba i7+ was full of features, take a look at the Roomba s9+. It has everything in the i7+ *and* an anti-allergy system and a squared off design to get into corners and edges. This is a top tier robot vacuum and the price reflects that. Normally it’s $1,299.99, but it’s currently less than $1,000.
MORE GREAT DEALS:
iRobot Roomba 675 — $179
If you don’t need tons of fancy features, the Roomba 675 is a solid robot vacuum. It still has WiFi connectivity so you can schedule run times and control the vacuum from your phone. It’s tough on carpet and hard floors and tackles pet hair with ease. This is a really nice budget robot vacuum pick.
iRobot Roomba E5 — $299
Get strong suction and adaptive navigation with the Roomba E5. It doesn’t follow a line path, but it does know how to maneuver around and under furniture. Its brushes adjust depending on the floor type to ensure a super close clean. It connects to WiFi for mobile or voice control.
iRobot Roomba i3 — $349.99
This is probably the best bang for your buck because the Roomba i3 has smart navigation (neat rows instead of random pattern) and more powerful suction than the E5, and it’s in the middle range of prices. It’s great for tackling pet hair, dirt, and allergens across multiple floor types. The vacuum even has reactive sensor technology that tells it where it can and can’t reach, which prevents it from getting stuck.
