#Citadel: Season Two; Matt Berry and Gabriel Leone Join Global Prime Video Series

Citadel has added a pair of recurring cast members for season two. Matt Berry and Gabriel Leone are joining Richard Madden, Priyanka Chopra, and Stanley Tucci in the global spy thriller. The streaming service renewed Citadel for a second season ahead of its first season premiere in April 2023.
The series follows the spy agency Citadel and its powerful enemy syndicate, Manticore. Years ago, the top agents of Citadel, Mason Kane (Madden) and Nadia Sinh (Chopra), had their minds wiped. But they’re called back to action as sinister forces emerge from the past. With the help of spymaster Bernard Orlick (Tucci), these former lovers must remember the past to save the future.
Deadline did not reveal details about the actors’ roles in season two, but it noted that production on the new episodes will begin later this year.

Prime Video has already ordered a spin-off of Citadel, and others are in the works.
The premiere date for season two of Citadel will be announced later.
