#Demon Slayer The Hinokami Chronicles Coming to Switch Worldwide on June 10

The Nintendo Switch version of Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles will launch worldwide on June 10. The game will first debut on the platform on June 9 in Japan and Asia.

At the time of writing, the game’s English website only lists a physical standard edition for the game. The edition comes with a character unlock key.

Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles launched for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam on October 14 in Japan and October 15 worldwide. Three waves of free, post-launch DLCs were released, adding a total of six new playable characters to the tag team-based Versus Mode.

Aside from Versus Mode, the arena fighting game has an Adventure Mode that tackles both the events of the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba anime series’ first season and Demon Slayer – Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Movie: Mugen Train.

Sega Asia describes the game as:

Become the Demon Slayer, Tanjiro Kamado, to fight off the demons threatening humanity in order to turn his sister Nezuko, who has become a demon, back into a human, as well as to avenge the death of his family by hunting down the demon who killed them.
