Originally released in arcades back in 2003, Alfa System’s vertically-scrolling shoot ’em up Castle of Shikigami 2 has seen numerous ports since, from GameCube to PlayStation 2, Dreamcast, Xbox and PC. Now it has its sights set on a Nintendo Switch version, which is officially getting ready to launch in Japan on April 13, 2023, just in time for its 20th anniversary.

In addition to the digital release, pre-orders are now live for a physical edition, which will be available for ¥3,980 (about $30).
