“BTS Member Jungkook Covers Chainsaw Man Opening Song on Stream”

Chainsaw Man

If you still have the Chainsaw Man opening theme—the electrifying “Kick Back” by Kenshi Yonezu—in your head well after the finale, you’re not alone. In addition to *gestures* pretty much all of us, the song also got its hooks in BTS member Jungkook, who took a moment to belt it out during a recent live video on weverse.

Fans—like Twitter user @jksdgie below—have been sharing clips of the moment, which happened pretty deep into Jungkook’s hours-long stream.

The Chainsaw Man TV anime premiered in Japan on October 11, with Crunchyroll streaming in North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East and CIS. The series is described as such:

Denji is a teenage boy living with a Chainsaw Devil named Pochita. Due to the debt his father left behind, he has been living a rock-bottom life while repaying his debt by harvesting devil corpses with Pochita.

One day, Denji is betrayed and killed. As his consciousness fades, he makes a contract with Pochita and gets revived as “Chainsaw Man” — a man with a devil’s heart.
