#Bottom-Tier Character Tomozaki To Be Simulcasted on Aniplus Asia

Aniplus Asia announced that it will simulcast the upcoming Bottom-Tier Character Tomozaki anime. The anime will premiere on January 8, 2021 and air on Fridays at 8.30 PM GMT+8, with encores on Saturdays at 6.30 PM GMT+8. 

Based on a light novel series written by Yuki Yaku and illustrated by Fly, the anime was first announced in October 2019. The staff includes Shinsuke Yanagi (The Ryou’s Work is Never Done!) as director, Akane Yano (And You Thought There Is Never a Girl Online?) as character designer, and Fumihiko Shimo (CLANNAD, Kanon) as series composer, and Hiromi Mizutani (Sunday Without God) as music composer. project No.9 is in charge of animation production. 

Gen Satou (A3!) is voicing the titular Fumiya Tomozaki, while Hisako Kanemoto (Dr. Stone, Gleipnir) is voicing female protagonist Aoi Hinami. The other cast members include Ikumi Hasegawa (If My Favorite Pop Idol Made It To The Budokan, I Would Die) as Minami Nanami, Ai Kayano (Sword Art Online Alicization War of Underworld, KONOSUBA -God’s blessing on this wonderful world!) as Fuuka Kikuchi, Ryouko Maekawa (Children of the Whales) as Hanabi Natsubayashi, Nene Hieda (Warlords of Sigrdrifa) as Yuzu Izumi, and Nobunaga Shimazaki (Jujutsu Kaisen) as Takahiro Mizusawa.
