Let me introduce you to Red Rapture: Born Blessed To Walk A Cursed Reality, an upcoming graphic novel that launching a Kickstarter near the end of the month, by yours truly.

Yes, I have indeed written my own graphic novel, inspired by all the manga and anime that I’ve consumed over the years! Red Rapture is a passion project that I’ve wanted to do for a long time. Here’s what the light novel is all about:

“Red Rapture follows a young boy named Negusa as he turns seven years old. In any other case it would be an ordinary birthday for most children, but in Negusa’s world, turning seven means the end of one’s way of life! In the year 1912, a phenomenon called Das Ìhè, a light, grazed the Earth, granting a limited amount of humans the ability to control the elements of nature itself. However, those blessed are forced into hiding or seek asylum as their hunted down. Negusa, after awakening his power is forced to see the world in a new way as he’s now on the run for his life. It’s a story of survival, choices, and how one’s world can shape make or break a person”

In recent years why viewpoint in life has changed dramatically, which led to me no longer fearing failure. I felt that it’s better to try and fail than to never have tried at all. Writing Red Rapture is a testament to that! I’ve always had a knack for crafting strange worlds in my head while listening to music or daydreaming during boring classes, so I wanted to see for myself if I had what it takes to write a book!
