#Boaters harass family with Pride flag as boat catches fire

If karma is real, here’s evidence.

A boat full of bigots seen swarming an LGBTQ family on the water just before their vessel exploded and was “charred to a crisp,” according to one of the victims of their harassment.

The family had taken their boat, which flew a rainbow Pride flag from its mast, out on Memorial Day to Moses Lake in Washington state.

“These people harassed my family because we were flying gay pride flags in Moses Lake, Washington, by racing around us and shouting gay slurs. Then, their boat literally blew up! #KarmaIsReal,” wrote @retro_ushi_ on Twitter, sharing the event with followers Monday evening.

“And just ONE more tidbit to really drive the karma in there. The driver literally s–t his pants and everyone saw when his shorts fell off in the water.”

The passenger also shared footage showing the mayhem as it unfolded. Over 4.8 million have watched the video since it was originally posted on TikTok on Monday.

The finer details of how the event played out have not yet been reported. However, the video shows three people in a fishing boat evidently encircling the vessel with the LGBTQ flag, as one woman could be seen flipping the bird while the victims filmed the harassment.

Then the video cuts to a shot of the harassers in the water with life jackets, swimming away from their smoking boat and toward the vessel with the Pride flag — who they had moments ago attempted to intimidate. The three bigots were reportedly invited onto their victims’ boats while first responders doused their enflamed boat.

“We safely got them out of the water immediately,” wrote @uhohbigboi on TikTok. “We were nicer than they were.”

According to @retro_ushi_, the trio of tormenters was sullen and shaken while waiting to be transported back to shore. One of the bullies puffed on his vape pen while another “screamed hysterically.” One of the harassers reportedly also “s–t his pants out of fear.”

They allegedly did not say thank you while waiting for “friends” to rescue them from the awkward situation.

The Post has reached out to the social-media accounts for comment.

Karmic satisfaction aside, @retro_ushi_ also addressed how this behavior impacts the queer community.

“I also want to show the fear this event has put into my family,” they wrote, “to where we literally start filming everyone who even pulls up close to us now; I’m surprised the camera isn’t shaking because my hands definitely were.”
