shook up its board late Wednesday by announcing the appointment of four new board members along with a similar number of resignations.
The packaged meal-ingredients company appointed former Peapod Chief Executive Jennifer Carr-Smith, former CEO of Discovery Direct-to-Consumer Peter Faricy, Arteza CEO Brenda Freeman, and former Deloitte CEO Barry Salzberg to its board.
Blue Apron also announced the resignations of board members Brian Kelley, Tracy Britt Cool, Julie Bradley and Gary Hirshberg .
The new appointments and resignations become effective Oct. 15, Blue Apron said. Blue Apron shares declined 0.1% after hours, following a 3.5% decline to close the regular session at $7.16.
