#Black Rock Shooter Dawn Fall Announces Cast in Teaser PV

The familiar characters of the Black Rock Shooter project are off for their next adventure this spring in Dawn Fall, putting yet another twist on Huke‘s creations. A new teaser PV finally shows us the cast in action, as well as introducing us to the voice actresses tackling the roles this time around.

The world of Black Rock Shooter varies with each iteration. Dawn Fall leans heavily into a post-apocalyptic feel, with our heroines going toe-to-toe on a ruined world:

The teaser also reveals our new trio of voice acting stars: 

Yui Ishikawa (Mikasa Ackerman, Attack on Titan) as Empress (Black Rock Shooter)

Megumi Han (Akko Kagari, Little Witch Academia) as Strength

Performing the new opening theme “ASEED” (which you can hear a bit of in the teaser) is singer/songwriter ZAQ. Her many previous theme song credits include FLIP FLAPPERS, Non Non Biyori, and Sound! Euphonium.

Black Rock Shooter Dawn Fall premieres in April 2022, and will run on Japanese terrestrial stations and the streaming service Disney+.
