#Final 2020 NFL Power Rankings

A handful of games were delayed — yet none were canceled — as the NFL navigated through its various COVID-19 issues to arrive on schedule at the first round of the postseason this weekend.

The Kansas City Chiefs and the Green Bay Packers earned deserved byes in the expanded playoff format, which will feature seven teams in each conference for the first time.

Here are The Post’s final NFL Power Rankings for what has been an eventful 2020 season.

1. Kansas City Chiefs, 14-2 (Last week: 1)

The Chiefs will look to defend their Super Bowl title after granting Patrick Mahomes and several other starters a breather in Sunday’s season-ending loss to the Chargers with their first-round AFC bye already sealed. Offensive weapons Travis Kelce (1,416) and Tyreek Hill (1,276) finished second and eighth in the league in receiving yards, respectively. Next: Bye

2. Green Bay Packers, 13-3 (2)

Losing left tackle David Bakhtiari to a season-ending knee injury last week could prove to be a tough blow to Green Bay’s title hopes, but 37-year-old Aaron Rodgers should be the frontrunner to win his third career MVP award after posting a career-high 48 touchdowns against just five interceptions for the NFC-leading Pack. Davante Adams has been superb, finishing with 115 receptions for 1,374 yards and 18 TDs in just 14 games. Next: Bye

3. Buffalo Bills, 13-3 (3)

The Josh Allen-Stefon Diggs combo also has been lethal in leading the dangerous Bills to their first AFC East crown since 1995, dethroning New England following an 11-year reign. Diggs led the league in receptions and receiving yards (127-1,535), while Allen became the first quarterback in NFL history with at least 4,500 passing yards, 35 passing touchdowns and five rushing scores. 4. New Orleans Saints, 12-4 (6)

The Saints withstood Drew Brees’ four-game absence (broken ribs) to hold off Tampa Bay in the NFC South and secure the No. 2 seed in the conference. Alvin Kamara (NFL-high 21 touchdowns) is eligible to return for Sunday’s playoff opener after missing the season finale following a positive COVID-19 test. Next: Sunday vs. Chicago

5. Seattle Seahawks, 12-4 (4)

Russell Wilson cooled off in the second half with only 12 touchdown passes in Seattle’s final eight games after registering 28 in the first eight. Pete Carroll’s defense picked up the slack over that stretch, allowing just 16 points per game to grab the NFC West title for the first time since 2016 and the No. 3 seed in the conference. 6. Baltimore Ravens, 11-5 (8)

Lamar Jackson (second straight 1,000-yard rushing season) and the Ravens are peaking at the right time, with five straight wins following a sluggish 6-5 start. Then again, John Harbaugh’s cruising squad had won 12 in a row entering the playoffs last year before getting shut down and bounced by the Titans, this week’s rematch opponent. Next: Sunday at Tennessee

7. Pittsburgh Steelers, 12-4 (5)

The Steelers’ 11-0 start is a distant memory with four defeats in their final five games, although Ben Roethlisberger didn’t play in Sunday’s loss to Cleveland with the AFC North already wrapped up. Mike Tomlin’s team notably finished last in the league in rushing offense with 84.4 yards per game. Next: Sunday vs. Cleveland

8. Tampa Bay Buccaneers, 11-5 (7)

By finishing one game behind New Orleans, Tom Brady and the Bucs will travel to Washington to face the 7-9 NFC East champs this weekend. While old partner Bill Belichick and the Patriots are headed home, Brady will be making his 42nd postseason start after putting up 4,633 passing yards and 40 TDs (second-most in his career) in his first season in Tampa. 9. Tennessee Titans, 11-5 (9)

The Titans pulled out a wild win Sunday over Houston to clinch the AFC South and earn a home game against the Ravens. All the superlatives are deserved for workhorse back Derrick Henry, the eighth player in league history with more than 2,000 rushing yards in one season. Next: Sunday vs. Baltimore

10. Cleveland Browns, 11-5 (10)

The Jets now officially own the longest playoff drought in the league (2010) after Baker Mayfield and the Browns clinched their first berth since 2002, just three seasons after Cleveland finished 0-16. They draw Big Ben and the Steelers this week after barely beating their AFC North rivals Sunday with backup Mason Rudolph at quarterback. Next: Sunday at Pittsburgh

12. Los Angeles Rams, 10-6 (13)

13. Miami Dolphins, 10-6 (11)

14. Chicago Bears, 8-8 (14)

15. Arizona Cardinals, 8-8 (15)

16. Las Vegas Raiders, 8-8 (16)

17. Washington Football Team, 7-9 (17)

18. Minnesota Vikings, 7-9 (18)

19. Los Angeles Chargers, 7-9 (20)

20. New England Patriots, 7-9 (21)

21. Giants, 6-10 (22)

The Giants are ticked off at Eagles coach Doug Pederson for Sunday night’s tank-a-thon, but those double-digit leads Joe Judge’s team coughed up early in the season certainly came back to haunt them, too.

22. Dallas Cowboys, 6-10 (19)

23. San Francisco 49ers, 5-11 (23)

24. Denver Broncos, 5-11 (25)

25. Detroit Lions, 5-11 (24)

26. Carolina Panthers, 5-11 (26)

27. Philadelphia Eagles, 4-11-1 (27)

Two late victories couldn’t offset the Jets’ 0-13 start under axed coach Adam Gase, but we’ll find out soon enough whether those wins did enough to prevent the organization from moving on from Sam Darnold at quarterback with the second pick in the draft.

32. Jacksonville Jaguars, 1-15 (32)
