#Bengals vs. Ravens line, prediction: Cincinnati will cover

Bengals (+12) over RAVENS

Don’t doubt Baltimore will win this straight up, though even should odd developments transpire before the final gun, a Cleveland or Indianapolis loss would propel the Ravens to Playoffville. Cincinnati has caught its second wind, and after taking out the Steelers and Texans, the Bengals could feel even better about themselves should they reach the five-win threshold behind ex-Razorback QB Brandon Allen. Cincinnati gives no quarter, for one unit. 

PANTHERS (+6.5) over Saints

N’Awlins has subdued the NFC South but needs this, in tandem with Week 17 wins by the Bears and Seahawks, to capture the NFC’s No. 1 seed. Decent weather’s expected (mid-50s), Matt Rhule has maintained Carolina’s reputation for generating stout efforts when dissed in the marketplace, and many foes who have taken QB Teddy Bridgewater lightly have lived to regret it. Carolina takes Saints to the wire, for one unit.
