Season 2 was released in 2022, first airing in Japan from January to March 2022 before being streamed globally by Netflix in July. The two-part Final Season was announced in September 2022.
Netflix describes the Orange-produced anime as:
In a world where beasts of all kinds coexist, a gentle wolf awakens to his own predatory urges as his school deals with a murder within its midst.
The Beastars manga ran from 2016 to 2020 in Weekly Shonen Champion and is collected into 22 tankoubon volumes.
