Publisher Koei Tecmo and developer Gust have revealed the free downloadable content costumes for Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Secret Hideout and Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends & the Secret Fairy due out in celebration of the series’ recently achieved milestone of one million shipments.
Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Secret Hideout will receive the “White Lily of Summer” costume, while Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends & the Secret Fairy will receive the “High Summer Formal” costume.
Additionally, during today’s one million shipments celebration live stream, Atelier Ryza series character designer Toridamono hinted at the existence of an Atelier Ryza 3.
Upon reading aloud the fan question “Will there be an Atelier Ryza 3?,” the cast including Ryza voice actor Yuri Noguchi answered with replies like “I have no idea” and “I really hope there is,” but Toridamono alone had a more telling expression. When the host pointed this out, Toridamono said, “I know a little bit… But you know, well, I can’t really say anything.” Upon hearing this, the other presenters reacted in surprise, muttering things like “What do you know…?”
Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Secret Hideout is available now for PlayStation 4, Switch, and PC via Steam. Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends & the Secret Fairy is available for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Switch, and PC via Steam.
