#Ariana Grande flaunts ‘Positions’ in sexy White House video

Ladies and gentlemen, meet your new Commandress in Chief: Ariana Grande.

Whatever went down between Biden and Trump in the debate Thursday night — and whatever goes down on Election Day Nov. 3 — the “Thank U, Next” singer wants you to know that she is the Head Diva in Charge as she takes over the White House in the video for her new single “Positions.”

In the clip — directed by Dave Meyers, who Grande previously collaborated with on her “No Tears Left to Cry,” “The Light Is Coming” and “God Is a Woman” videos — Grande presides over her own cabinet of infinitely cooler characters than you’ll ever see up in 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

But in addition to posing and pouting as the leader of the free world — and looking fierce while doing it — Grande shows that she can switch it up and rule in the kitchen and bedroom too.

She gets especially creative with some flour, which apparently is the new whipped cream of aphrodisiacs. Whatever exactly she’s baking doesn’t really matter — it’s a mood.

Following up hit collabs with Justin Bieber (“Stuck with U”) and Lady Gaga (“Rain on Me”) in 2020, “Positions” is the latest single from an artist who, like her equally prolific labelmate Drake, can’t seem to stay out of the studio. It appears to be the title track from what would be Grande’s sixth studio album, which — judging by the countdown currently happening on her website — seems to be coming out on Oct. 30.

The song is all slinky sexiness, with Grande cooing “Boy I’m tryna meet your mama/On a Sunday/Then make a lotta love/On a Monday.” (No Zoom calls for her, apparently.)

And she boasts about having some gold-medal skills in “switching the positions” from the kitchen to the bedroom: “I’m in the Olympics way/I’m jumping through hoops.”

Although “Positions” isn’t the slam-dunk single that “Thank U, Next,” “7 Days” and “Break Up with Your Girlfriend, I’m Bored” were from Grande’s last album, 2019’s “Thank U, Next,” it simmers with a sultry sophistication.

This former Nickelodeon star, now 27, is growing more and more into her goddessness as a woman.
