If you love seeing behind the scenes peeks at the anime creation process, you should definitely be following Henry Thurlow. The animator has been hard at work knocking out some amazing cuts for shows like One Piece and more, and recently handled key animation for episode 204 of BORUTO: NARUTO NEXT GENERATIONS.

Thurlow specifically shared some rough animation from the episode in question, noting that the cuts showcased were from the first round prior to corrections and clean-ups. Check out some bits and pieces of key moments in their raw but still incredibly animated form below.

Episode 204 of BORUTO: NARUTO NEXT GENERATIONS just hit Crunchyroll on June 20, and the series is preparing to enter the next stage of the Kawaki arc.
