#Ani-One Announces YouTube Subscription Scheme

Hong Kong-based distributor Ani-One has announced the creation of a YouTube membership. Titled “Ani-One ULTRA,” pass-holders are eligible to receive perks such as discounts and exclusive access to various airing and non-airing anime series at the price of HK$20 (US$2.60) a month.

The current list of membership-exclusive anime include Overlord and Haikyu!!, as well as upcoming anime titles such as TSUKIMICHI -Moonlit Fantasy-, Peach Boy Riverside, and The Idaten Deities Know Only Peace. Members-available titles will come with both English and Traditional Chinese CC subtitles. Subtitles in other languages such as Indonesian, Malay, Thai, and Vietnamese may only be available for certain titles, which will be announced per anime. However, members will still be unable to access anime titles that are unavailable in their country.

Ani-One ULTRA members are also eligible to use the Ani-One badge, emoji-set, and Members-Only community, amongst other benefits. According to the FAQ, the Ani-One badge will change its design based on how long a member stays subscribed to the service. The design changes at the following milestones: one month, two months, six months, one year, and two years.

The emoji-set is offered to all members regardless of milestone, and is available for use on live chat, comments, and the Members-only community. Meanwhile,  the Members-only community will contain special posts that could include news and special offers of giveaway events and discounts.
