You finally got your hands on the M1 Pro or M1 Max MacBook Pro, a revolutionary device that actually has ports! But hey, you could always use a few more ports, right? That’s why Satechi is opening pre-orders for its slim and sexy Pro Hub Mini, a device that expands your MacBook Pro port selection without uglying up your desk.

The Pro Hub Mini has a clean design that’s perfect for portable use. It slots into your MacBook Pro’s USB-C ports and headphone jack and becomes part of the machine, unlike annoying dongles and docking stations that float around your desk.

Once you shove the Pro Hub Mini into your MacBook Pro, you can enjoy its two USB-A ports and Gigabit Ethernet jack, which was the one port that I actually wanted in a MacBook, but I guess that’s why Satechi exists.

Anyway, the Pro Hub Mini also features a 3.5mm headphone jack (to make up for the one it’s slotted into), a USB-C data port (up to 5GBps on that puppy) and a USB4 port with 4K 60Hz display output, 40GBps data transfer rates, and support for 96-watt passthrough charging.

You can pre-order the Pro Hub Mini at Satechi’s website for $70. It’s available in Space Gray and Silver colorways. Oh, I almost forgot, you can use coupon code “PROHUB” to save 25% on your pre-order, which should arrive in January of 2022.
