A$AP Rocky has shared the music video for “RIOT (Rowdy Pipe’n).” The Pharrell-produced track — which dropped last Thursday, July 20 — is Rocky’s first new solo single of 2023 and the lead cut from his long-teased fourth studio LP, Don’t Be Dumb, due out later this year.
The clip, which starts with the war cry “Flacko got the tank!,” features A$AP as the leader of an impromptu coup that looks more like a wild block party. It’s directed by Rocky himself with help from his creative agency, AWGE. But, as High Snobiety notes, it’s got Pharrell’s signature on it as well, featuring fits Williams has overseen as creative director of Louis Vuitton.
