The Vexations of a Shut-In Vampire Princess light novel series is receiving an anime adaptation. A teaser trailer and visual, as well as another visual from illustrator riichu, have been released along with main staff and cast details.

Tatsuma Minamikawa (Fire Force Season 2) is handling directorial duties with Keiichirou Oochi (The Yakuza’s Guide to Babysitting) as series composer, Tomoyuki Shitaya (Afterlost) as character designer, and Go Shiina (Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba co-composer) as music composer. project No.9 is the animation production company for the show.

Meanwhile, the main cast members for The Vexations of a Shut-In Vampire Princess are Tomori Kusunoki as Terakomari Gandesblood, Sayumi Suzushiro as Villhaze, and Youko Hikasa as Karen Helvetius.

The The Vexations of a Shut-In Vampire Princess anime was revealed during the GA FES 2023 with Danmachi 10th anniversary event. The adaptation is based on the SB Creative-published light novels written by Kotei Kobayashi and published under the GA Bunko label. The book series began in 2020 and will release its 10th volume on January 15. It has also inspired a Square Enix-published manga adaptation by riichu.
