Dodgers center fielder Cody Bellinger’s girlfriend Chase Carter penned the sweetest tribute to the two-time All-Star on his 27th birthday.

“Happy birthday to the best guy I know,” the model wrote in an Instagram post on Thursday that included a collage of photos featuring Bellinger and the couple’s 1-year-old daughter Caiden.

“You are an incredible father, partner, dog dad, person. Keep shining bright! We are blessed to be able to stand by your side on this amazing journey in life you take us on❤️ I love you😘.”

Bellinger’s birthday has been a milestone moment for the couple, as Chase announced her pregnancy in an Instagram post last year on July 13, which was also the Dodgers star’s 26th birthday.
