#7 Things We Want to See in a ‘9-1-1’ & ‘Lone Star’ 2022 Crossover

By the time both 9-1-1 and the spinoff Lone Star are airing back-to-back again in 2022 — the original series premieres in Fall 2021 — the plan is to have a full-blown, two-part event crossover.

Due to the pandemic, that couldn’t happen in the 2020-2021 season, which is why 9-1-1‘s Hen (Aisha Hinds), Buck (Oliver Stark), and Eddie (Ryan Guzman) left Los Angeles and the 118 behind to help the 126 with a wildfire in Texas, for a Lone Star episode. While it might not have been exactly what we’d hoped to see, it still gave us plenty of entertaining moments, whether it was watching Hen and Captain Owen Strand (Rob Lowe) bond while taking cover in a mine shaft or the two crews coming together to save them.

With that in mind, we look ahead to next year’s crossover and what we’d like to see when the time (hopefully) comes.
