Yeah, this may not even be worth an article but I’m kinda getting sick and tired of everyone and their mum giving Breath of the Wild credit for something other games have been doing for years! Yes, Horizon Forbidden West has a glider, but no BoTW did not create it. Maybe inspired but not created

Hate to tell you this but there’ve been gliders in the game way before Breath of the Wild came to town. Assassin Creed, Far Cry, Sly Cooper, Prototype and Just Cause, and much more others in the open-world genre have all used the mechanic! The fact that so many people are “Breath of the Wild glider mechanic” is wrong!

Honestly, anyone that uses that statement basically exposed themselves as someone who only plays Nintendo games! Broaden your library gamers, it’s a big world out there!
