#Yuu Miyashita Releases Platinum End ED Theme Lyric Video Featuring His Own Illustration of Nasse

In addition to the music video, singer/illustrator Yuu Miyashita has also posted a lyric video for “Koufukuron” (Theory of Surrender), the ED theme for the fall 2021 TV anime Platinum End.

This beautiful illustration was originally released in the countdown project before the TV anime aired in Japan and was met with a flood of praise. Pony Canyon’s press release writes, “The works of Yuu Miyashita, who is not only a singer-songwriter but also an illustrator, have been attracting attention from all over the world.”

As his first major CD single from Pony Canyon,  “Koufukuron” was released on November 17, 2021, and ranked 29th in Oricon’s weekly single charts selling 1,213 copies in its first week. 

The TV anime adaptation of Tsugumi Ohba (story) and Takeshi Obata’s (arts) dark fantasy manga Platinum End premiered in Japan on October 7, 2021, and has also been available for the Crunchyroll members in North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, and CIS.
