The Flaming Lips: American Head [Warner]
The Flaming Lips are back with the follow-up to last year’s King’s Mouth. American Head is produced by longtime Flaming Lips collaborator Dave Fridmann and features two songs with Kacey Musgraves—the previously released “Flowers of Neptune 6” and “God and the Policeman.” The 13-track album also includes the single “My Religion Is You,” which arrived in June with a fiery music video.

Conway the Machine: From King to a GOD [Griselda/Drumwork/EMPIRE]
The latest album from Buffalo rapper and Griselda artist Conway the Machine has contributions from Westside Gunn, Benny the Butcher, DeJ Loaf, Lloyd Banks, the Alchemist, Daringer, Hit-Boy, and more. Ahead of the LP, Conway released the protest song “Front Lines,” “Lemon” (featuring Method Man), and the Freddie Gibbs collab “Seen Everything But Jesus.” From King to a GOD follows Conway’s 2019 solo record Look What I Became.
“With From King to a GOD, I wanted to show growth; how much I’ve grown as an artist and how much I’ve grown as a man,” Conway said in a press release. “I wanted to showcase versatility and show people that I’m not a one trick pony.”
