Shortly after some teasers, Fleet Foxes have officially announced their fourth album. The new record, called Shore, is out tomorrow (Tuesday, September 22) at 9:31 a.m. Eastern to coincide with the autumnal equinox. Along with the album, the band will release a 55-minute companion film, shot on Super 16mm and directed by Kersti Jan Werdal. It’ll be available to watch at fleetfoxes.co. Find a preview below.
Shore arrives just three years after Fleet Foxes’ third album Crack-Up, which famously came six years after Helplessness Blues. Since sharing Crack-Up, Fleet Foxes released the archival box set First Collection 2006-2009.
