A young couple apparently brought their newborn to President Trump’s Saturday rally in Oklahoma, according to TMZ.
The parents, neither of whom were wearing masks, were snapped outside the BOK Center in Tulsa by another rally attendee who posted clips of the young family to her Instagram stories.
The infant is apparently three weeks old, according to the Instagram user @l.snyder94, who tagged her encounter with the young family #BabiesforTrump.
At one point, the beaming mom takes a few steps toward the camera to show off the baby. The family was one of about half a dozen scenes documented by @l.snyder94 in the hours ahead of the Saturday night rally.
The president’s rally has stoked fears the event could stoke the spread of the coronavirus. Six members of Trump’s campaign staff who were in Tulsa to prepare for the rally have been diagnosed with COVID-19.
