The super producer doesn’t plan to stop his momentum anytime soon, and Hit has plenty of heavy-duty ammunition in the stash for 2022.
Hit-Boy looks to have brought The Game out of his semi-retirement and the Compton rhymer has an album on the way. Game teased a snippet of their music together on social media early Tuesday (January 4).
The studio session clip shows off Hit-Boy’s Grammy Award trophy with The Game name-dropping his former adversary 50 Cent on the unreleased track.
Game isn’t the only rhymer Hit-Boy is lining up to work with either. With a post commemorating his 2021, the 34-year-old teased a half album’s worth of music with Snoop Dogg ready to go while he has a full LP’s worth of music on deck with Don Toliver and Roddy Ricch.
“Idk what’s gonna happen but I have half an album with snoop Dogg done, a album worth of music with Roddy Ricch and an album worth of music with Don Toliver sitting on my computer,” he wrote. “I Thank everyone for all the producer of the year awards 2021.”
Hit-Boy also revealed he’s reuniting with Playboi Carti in 2022. The duo hasn’t worked together since his produced “Other Shit” on Carti’s self-titled debut in 2017.
“My brudda @playboicarti tapped in we haven’t worked since ‘Other Shit’ off his first album,” he said. “Y’all @ my boy and tell him y’all wanna see us back in.”
