#World Trigger Season 2 TV Anime Premieres on January 9

The official Twitter account for the World Trigger TV anime announced today that the second season of the adaptation of Daisuke Ashihara's manga series will be premiering on TV Asahi's NUMAnimation on January 9. A special program will air on October 30 with more information on the upcoming series as well as new animation!

 

 

 

 

The special program will feature voice actors Tomo Muranaka (Yuma Kuga), Yuki Kaji (Osamu Mikumo), and Kenta Tanaka (Sumiharu Inukai) acting as presenters to the October 30 broadcast, which will feature footage from the upcoming season.

Morio Hatano (Dragon Ball Super 'Future Trunks saga') will be taking over from Kouji Ogawa as the series director, who said that they're "taking great pleasure" in animating World TriggerHiroyuki Yoshino returns as the series composition writer after working on the first 48 episodes of the original series with Kenji Kawai also returning to do the music for the series. Toshihisa Kaiya was already confirmed to be the character designer.
