To celebrate the first new chapter of Paru Itagaki's BEAST COMPLEX – a side-story/prototype series to her award-winning work BEASTARS – in this week's issue of Weekly Shonen Champion, the magazine collaborated with Japan's top cosplayer Enako to recreate the Wild Kick gravure DVD cover from BEASTARS (as pictured in the TV anime below).

Enako, who also graced the cover of this week's issue as a cow (in reference to the year of the Ox), tweeted that she asked to recreate the scene herself and is a fan of BEASTARS.
The second season of BEASTARS is currently airing on TV in Japan and streaming on Netflix in the country, with an international release scheduled for July 2021.
