# Stray Children delayed to general 2024 in Japan, user survey launched
In a statement, Onion Games said that it determined more time is needed than initially planned in order to deliver the completed game.
“With the decision [to delay the game] having been made, it has also become necessary to seriously think about the future of Stray Children,” Onion Games said. “And so we would be grateful if you could take a survey as to gather everyone’s thoughts. We certainly appreciate your support!”
The Stray Children survey is available here. Its inquiries include release format, merchandise and events, additional platforms, and crowdfunding.
