#Watch Bill Callahan Perform a “Tiny Desk (Home) Concert”

Bill Callahan and his band have played a “Tiny Desk (Home) Concert” for NPR, running through a handful of tracks from the singer-songwriter’s latest pair of albums. Watch the perform “Pigeons,” “Released,” “Another Song,” and “The Mackenzies” below. 

Callahan released Gold Record last week, a year on from predecessor Shepherd in a Sheepskin Vest, from which “Released” is taken. In the interim, Callahan released or recorded a handful of covers, taking in Silver Jews’ “I Remember Me,” Lee Clayton’s “If You Could Touch Her at All,” and Leonard Cohen’s “So Long, Marianne.”
