Surveillance video footage released Monday shows the two vandals — including one wearing a hockey mask — as they throw red paint at two statues of George Washington in Washington Square Park.

The suspects, two unidentified men, are seen on the footage walking near the park wearing backpacks before the vandalism, the video shows.

They then stop at the iconic arch at the main entrance of the Greenwich Village park at about 3:20 a.m. and speak with someone who is sitting on a Citi bike, the footages shows.

Both of them then hurl the paint-filled balloons at the statues, one of Washington as the nation’s first president and another depicting him as general of the country’s Revolutionary War forces, the footage shows. The suspects ran off after the caper and are still at large, police said.

One of the suspects has blonde hair and was seen wearing an N95 mask, black shorts and a black t-shirt, according to the video.

The second suspect wore a face-covering white hockey mask, a black t-shirt and black jeans, the footage shows.
