#Valheim Dragon Bed – How To Make Easy Guide

Sleeping in Valheim is essential for those who want to turn back the clock. Perhaps you want to get rid of the night. Perhaps you simply want to speed up the refinement of some of your materials. In either case, the best way to do so is to sleep. Even Vikings, however, require luxurious sleeping quarters. This guide will teach you everything you need to know about making your bed, specifically a Dragon Bed!

A Dragon bed will increase your level of comfort by two (as opposed to 1 for a normal bed).

How to craft your Dragon Bed

All you’ll need is a hammer, a workbench, and the following crafting supplies:

  • Fine Wood (40x)
  • Deer Hide (7x)
  • Wolf Pelt (4x)
  • Feathers (10x)
  • Iron Nails (15x)

Then it’s simply a matter of getting it out there. Building this bed, on the other hand, is the easier part of sleeping in Valheim. You must meet a few requirements to use it. First and foremost, the bed must be placed in a protected area. This means that to get the Sheltered Effect, it must be in an enclosed space with a roof.

So, any plans to sleep in the wilderness will have to be postponed. Not only that, but you’ll need a fire in the shelter. You can’t let your Viking sleep in a cold bed!

Why not just a regular bed?

Learning how to stack buffs properly is one of the most important mechanics in Valheim. Your journey can be made or broken by the foods you eat, the equipment you use, and the setup you use.

“Rested,” which occurs when a player is in comfortable surroundings, is one of the more mysterious buffs. The advantages aren’t immediately apparent, but in Valheim, they are.

Comfort

The importance of comfort in the game should not be overlooked. When it comes to exploring, gathering resources, and combat, the temporary buff is a huge help. Setting yourself up for success makes progress much easier. You’re “twice” rested, thanks to the dragon bed’s comfort level of 2. Given its size, it would be fantastic if this bed could accommodate two people in the future!
