New York experimental rapper MIKE has shared a new tape under his even more left-field alias dj blackpower, an eight-track project called blp2021: “for ur own good”. Anysia Kim, Slauson Malone, and Darryl Johnson feature, and the track “pretty party*” contains a prominent interpolation of Destiny’s Child. You can check it out below on Bandcamp, though Pitchfork reports that the entire project will be available on streaming services “soon.”
