A pair of female protesters suspected of defacing St. Patrick’s Cathedral with graffiti have been taken in custody, sources told The Post.

An 18-year-old turned herself in after cops went to her house. Authorities picked up the second woman, who is 17, at her home in Ossining, New York.

They were taken to the Midtown North Precinct and are expected to be charged with criminal mischief for the May 30 desecration of the iconic Fifth Avenue church. They allegedly wrote “F–k F–k” in red letters on an exterior wall near Fifth Avenue and 51st Street.

On an adjacent wall, the alleged vandals scrawled “BLM” — for Black Lives Matter — along with “NYPDK” in red letters and “No justice no peace” in black letters.

One of the stairs was spray-painted with “George Floyd” in black letters. Shortly before authorities were alerted to the graffiti, protesters, angered over the Minneapolis police killing of George Floyd, had marched down Fifth Avenue past the church.
