Travis Scott is still looking for ways to be part of the solution when it comes to concert safety following his Astroworld Festival tragedy that left 10 people dead.

According to TMZ, Travis Scott is meeting with leaders from The United States Conference of Mayors and looking to form an official committee that will ensure concert and festival safety in the future.

The group — which will be made up of industry-leading experts from the medical, music and tech fields — relayed their mission statement and purpose is to “aggressively focus on new technologies and innovations that offer ways to address these challenges.”

Co-leading the charge for the safety group alongside La Flame is Chair of the Conference’s Tourism, Art, Parks, Entertainment and Sports Committee and Reno Mayor Hillary Schieve.

The fallout from the Astroworld Festival continued when Travis Scott’s Cacti seltzer brand was placed on a “temporary hold” by Anheuser-Busch and he was kicked off the 2022 Coachella lineup even after pleading to play the festival for free.

Even with the billions of dollars in lawsuits piling up, Scott sat down for a 50-minute interview with Charlamagne Tha God where he didn’t take full responsibility but said he “1000 percent” did everything he could while on stage to prevent the tragedy.
