MLB and the players union finally came to a formal agreement on a 60-game regular season on Tuesday, but the specter of the coronavirus struck again as three Colorado Rockies tested for COVID-19.

Right fielder Charlie Blackmon, a four-time All-Star, left-handed reliever Phillip Diehl and righty pitcher Ryan Castellani tested positive for coronavirus following recent workouts at Coors Field, according to The Denver Post. Several Rockies had been taking live at-bats during the workouts.

Sources told The Denver Post that one player was showing symptoms and the other two were asymptomatic. After the three players tested positive, the rest of the Rockies players were tested and their tests came back negative, according to the report.

Coors Field has been closed for the week after MLB ordered spring training facilities locked last week after the Phillies and Yankees were among big-league teams to have members of their organizations test positive.
