George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Teddy Roosevelt, Abraham Lincoln and … Donald Trump! For supporters of the president, sure, why not? For detractors, well, it’s absurd.
The former camp is where you’ll find Trump daughter Ivanka, who on Monday tweeted this photo taken near Mount Rushmore earlier this year, pronouncing it amazing:
President Trump, back in the summertime, called “fake news” on a New York Times report that he had inquired of South Dakota’s state government whether his countenance might be carved into the iconic rock face:
He did, however, tweet out a provocative, and similar, image at the time:
