In an Instagram video Jim Jones posted on Tuesday (January 4), all four rappers and members of their crew appear to be taking over a fitness gym at an undisclosed area and taking part in a series of strength training activities — which were clearly physically strenuous.
“#incaseyoudidnt we did,” Jim wrote in the post caption. “The resolution has started and it will b televised we have an announcement comin up.”
Jim Jones also called out multiple other rappers, including Ludacris, Wiz Khalifa, Ot Genasis and more to also come get some work in with him.
Several other New York MC’s have also dedicated their 2022 to making healthier habits including The Lox lyricist Jadakiss who recently explained why being healthy is gangsta during his appearance on an episode of The Pull Up on Facebook Watch.
Even as a new year begins, Jim Jones has been hard at work on his fitness journey for quite some time and even issued a special leg day challenge to his IG followers last year after trolls criticized his workout regimen.
Jim Jones is also helping change the lives of those around him for the better and has been helping his friend and cameraman Flete recover from a medical emergency that could’ve been life-threatening had it not been for the efforts of the Dipset rap veteran.
