Return to Monkey Island announced “

Publisher Devolver Digital and developer Terrible Toybox, in cooperation with Lucasfilm Games, have announced Return to Monkey Island, the long-awaited sequel to point-and-click adventure games Secret of Monkey Island and Monkey Island 2: LeChuck’s Revenge. It will launch in 2022. Platforms were not announced.

The game’s staff includes:

Designed and Written by: Ron Gilbert and Dave Grossman
Music by: Michael Land, Peter McConnel, and Clint Bajakian
Starring: Dominic Armato as Guybrush Threepwood
