#The Lemonheads’ Evan Dando Announces Memoir Rumors of My Demise

Evan Dando, frontman of the Lemonheads, has announced a memoir. Rumors of My Demise will recount Dando’s beginnings in Boston’s punk scene, his work with the Lemonheads, and all the debauchery along the way.

“My life is a muddy river. I thought I should add more dirt,” Dando said in a statement. Dando will co-write the book with Jim Ruland, and it’ll be published via Gallery Books, a Simon & Schuster imprint.

The Lemonheads recently released a deluxe 30th anniversary reissue of their 1990 album Lovey.
