#The Hinokami Chronicles Fighting Game Gets New Development Report Trailer Previewing Demons

Publisher Sega released a new “Development report” trailer previewing characters for its upcoming multiplayer adventure 3D fighting game Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles (Kimetsu no Yaiba: Hinokami Keppūtan). The video previews demons that appear in the game’s Adventure Mode, namely The Swamp Demon, Susamaru, Yahaba, Kyogai, and Rui. Additionally, the trailer also shows off the character models and concept work for the demons as well as brief gameplay showing them in action. 

Developed by CyberConnect2, Demon Slayer: The Hinokami Chronicles was first announced in March 2020 as an adaptation of the Demon Slayer anime series. The game will release for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam on October 14, 2021 in Japan and on October 15, 2021 worldwide.

Sega Asia describes the upcoming game as:

Become the Demon Slayer, Tanjiro Kamado, to fight off the demons threatening humanity in order to turn his sister Nezuko, who has become a demon, back into a human, as well as to avenge the death of his family by hunting down the demon who killed them.
