# Tekken 8 winter update and Season 2 announced

Bandai Namco has announced the Tekken 8 winter update and second season. Additionally, the final character of the game’s Playable Character Year 1 Pass, who is due out this winter, will be announced at The Game Awards 2024 on December 12.
The winter update will add a further evolved photo mode, bonus levels added to Fight Pass, additional customization slots, customized characters in the main menu, Tekken fan art in-game, and the 30th Anniversary Fight Pass.
Season 2 will feature a system and major balance update, new moves for all characters, and the next Tekken World Tour.
Tekken 8 is available now for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam.
