#Youtube Ads Are Getting Ridiculous

It seems like most ads you see on the web are rarely changing or breaking out of their secret success formula. However, on Youtube, anybody with a little bit of extra money is giving ads a try.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had a 20-something tell me that they’re going to make me rich, or they retired their parents, or how they made $100,000 in 7 seconds with some killer new website/sales funnel/product.

The new ad formula seems to be something like this:

I would say it’s overwhelming, but it’s actually underwhelming.

Each “guru” believes they’re doing something different and keeping things fresh by walking around a fancy mansion that they don’t own and touching cars they can’t drive. It’s cliche and boring.
